pinhead would mop the floor with all of them. Pinhead was a softy, he couldn't do anything without his mates

Pinhead was a softy, he couldn't do anything without his mates heh he controlled the chains that ripped people apart. he also created those mates and controlled them. so...tell me why he is soft....

Because I didn't rate any of the Hellraiser films and likewise any of the Friday 13th films. Apart from the original Wes Craven's Nightmare On Elm Street, which wasn't really scary, the rest of the Freddy films were rubbish.
Halloween, on the other hand, put the fear of God up you just by the musical score, but then they had to wreck that too with all the sequels.
So given the choice between Pinhead, Jason, Freddy, and Michael Myers, there is only one winner for me.

Okay, as we can only have 8 selections in any poll, we need to shortlist from the following: -
The Tooth Fairy Doppelgangers 13 Ghosts Blair Witch The Village Texas Chainsaw Massacre Amityville Horror Exorcist 2 Exorcist 3 The Haunting (remake) Resident Evil 2 Freddy v Jason The Mangler Creepshow Mimic Jeepers Creepers Mars Attacks Dr Giggles Black Hole Star Wars 1 Terminator 3 Species War of the Worlds (Original) Aliens v Predator Cabin Fever House of 1000 Corpses
The first 8 posts made selecting one film from this list will go to a Poll to find April's recipient of The Unknown Galaxy's prestigious Worra Lorra Rubbish Award.
My choice - BLAIR WITCH

I vote for Texas Chainsaw Massacre
(and I agree Dave....Halloween scared the pants off me at the time! The music and the scene where Mike pins the young guy onto the pantry door with his big knife....yikes!)

I'm going to have to go with Blair Witch.
The trailer made it seem like it was real footage but when I found out that it wasn't it took everthing from the movie.
